This allows us to guide you, instead of starting from scratch.
Step 2.
PRE-DESIGNED PLAN SELECTION
Start With Proven Home Designs
Instead of spending months in a costly design phase, we recommend pre-designed home plans from our 2,000+ plan library that fit your goals.
These plans can be adjusted where needed while avoiding unnecessary architectural fees.
Once a plan is selected, we provide CAD drawings prepared for permitting and construction.
This helps reduce revisions, minimize architectural expenses, and speed up the approval process.
Step 4.
ROUGH CONSTRUCTION (STARTER HOME PHASE)
Build the Structure With Confidence
We complete the rough construction using light gauge steel, creating a strong, durable structural shell.
Finish materials are included in the same package, giving you cost control and flexibility.
After rough construction, you decide how to continue:
- Finish the home yourself (DIY)
- Hire a local contractor
- Or continue with Hearthland for Phase 2
You stay in control, without pressure.
